Father’s Day Feast



Father’s Day calls for something special! Indulge in our Surf and Turf Dinner – the perfect blend of land and sea.


– 2 New York Strip steaks, about 12 oz each

– 2 lobster tails, about 6 oz each

– 2 large baking potatoes

– 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

– 4 tbsp butter

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup chives, chopped

– 1/4 cup bacon bits

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste


  1. **Prep Time:** 20 minutes | **Cooking Time:** 60 minutes | **Total Time:** 80 minutes
  2. **Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).**
  3. **Potatoes:** Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake directly on the rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. **Steak:** Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with olive oil over high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. **Lobster Tails:** Cut the lobster shells lengthwise. Lift the tail meat slightly and place butter and garlic underneath. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque.
  6. **Asparagus:** Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. **Loaded Baked Potatoes:** Slice the top of each potato, fluff with a fork, and add butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese.
