Ingredients:
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
– 4 large whole wheat tortillas
– 1 cup lettuce, shredded
– 1 medium tomato, sliced
– 1/2 cucumber, sliced
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the creamy sauce.
2. Lay out the tortillas and spread a generous amount of the creamy sauce on each.
3. Layer grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cheese on top of the sauce.
4. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
5. Slice each wrap in half and serve with extra sauce on the side.
