4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
