– Vegetables: Steamed asparagus & zucchini , roasted cherry tomatoes & red onion

– Eggs: Soft-boiled eggs

– Side: Dijon herb vinaigrette

1. Prepare the Salmon:

– Season the salmon with a mixture of honey, Dijon mustard, and black pepper.

– Grill until cooked through and slightly caramelized.

2. Steam the Vegetables:

– Steam asparagus and zucchini until tender but still crisp.

3. Roast the Vegetables:

– Toss cherry tomatoes and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

– Roast in the oven until caramelized and juicy.

4. Cook the Eggs:

– Soft-boil eggs to your preferred doneness (about 6-7 minutes for a runny yolk).

5. Assemble the Dish:
