Ingredients:
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
For Topping:
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Meat:
2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
Make the Sauce:
5. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and smoked paprika. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Combine & Bake:
6. Add cooked pasta and half of the crispy bacon to the sauce. Stir until coated.
7. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar and bacon on top.
8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy:
9. Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm!
