PEPPERONI PIZZA TACOS

Ingredients:

• 8–10 taco shells (hard or soft, your preference)
• 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage), cooked and crumbled
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
• Optional: sliced olives, chopped bell peppers, red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the Meat & Onion
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or sausage) with chopped onion until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
3. Add Pizza Sauce
Stir in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes so the flavors combine.
4. Prepare Taco Shells
Line up your taco shells in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. If you’re using soft shells, you can fold them gently to hold the filling.
5. Assemble the Tacos
Spoon the meat mixture into each taco shell. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, then add pepperoni slices. Add any optional toppings like olives or bell peppers.
6. Bake
Place the tacos in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
