Ingredients:

*For the Steak Bites:*
โ€“ 1 ยฝ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
โ€“ 3 tbsp butter
โ€“ 1 tbsp olive oil
โ€“ 4 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 1 tsp salt
โ€“ ยฝ tsp black pepper
โ€“ ยฝ tsp smoked paprika
โ€“ ยฝ tsp dried thyme
*For the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:*
โ€“ 12 oz penne pasta
โ€“ 2 cups heavy cream
โ€“ 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
โ€“ ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese
โ€“ ยฝ cup grated Parmesan
โ€“ 2 tbsp butter
โ€“ ยฝ tsp smoked paprika
โ€“ ยฝ tsp garlic powder
โ€“ ยฝ tsp salt
โ€“ ยฝ tsp black pepper

 

Instructions:

1. *Cook the Steak Bites* as directed in the first recipe.

2. *Make the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:*
โ€“ Cook penne according to package instructions.
โ€“ In a saucepan, melt butter over *medium heat*. Add garlic powder and paprika.
โ€“ Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
โ€“ Add Pepper Jack, cheddar, and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
โ€“ Toss in cooked penne.
