Strawberry Cheesecake Dream

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
½ cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1½ cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 38 crackers)
¼ cup butter, melted
2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling

Instructions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and blend well.
In another bowl, mix cold milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture along with whipped topping.
Combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
In a 2½-quart trifle bowl, layer half the cream cheese mixture, then half the cracker mixture, followed by half the strawberry pie filling. Repeat layers.
Chill until ready to serve.
