Elevate your dinner game with this decadent Surf and Turf recipe! Steak and lobster never looked so good.
Ingredients:
– 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
– 2 whole lobsters (1 to 1.5 lbs each)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the steaks and lobsters with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the stomach and vein. Place them shell side down on the grill.
- Cook the lobsters for about 5-8 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Serve the steak and lobster with garlic parsley butter and lemon wedges on the side.
