Succulent Steak and Lobster



Elevate your dinner game with this decadent Surf and Turf recipe! Steak and lobster never looked so good.


– 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks

– 2 whole lobsters (1 to 1.5 lbs each)

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

– 2 tablespoons butter

– Lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Season the steaks and lobsters with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the stomach and vein. Place them shell side down on the grill.
  5. Cook the lobsters for about 5-8 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Serve the steak and lobster with garlic parsley butter and lemon wedges on the side.
