Toss potato wedges with oil and seasonings. Bake at 425°F for 30–35 mins, flipping halfway until crispy and golden. Garnish with parsley if you’re fancy

2. Bake or Air-Fry the Wings:

Pat wings dry and toss with seasonings + baking powder. Bake at 425°F for 45–50 mins or air fry at 400°F for 25 mins.

Toss in BBQ sauce (and honey or hot sauce if desired). Return to oven or air fryer for 5 more mins to caramelize ‍

3. Mix the Sauce:

Stir all special sauce ingredients together until smooth. Chill until ready to use.

4. Smash the Burgers:

Heat skillet/griddle to high heat. Roll ground beef into 2 oz balls, place on the pan, and smash flat with a spatula.

Season and cook 2–3 mins, then flip, add cheese, and cook another 1–2 mins.

Toast buns with butter until golden.

5. Build the Burger:

Bottom bun → special sauce → 2 patties w/ cheese → bacon → onions → more sauce → top bun. Stack it HIGH.

6. Plate It Up:

Load that plate with the burger, fries on one side, wings on the other. Serve hot and messy just how it should be

Pro Tip:
Add jalapeños, a fried egg, or even onion rings to the burger if you wanna go completely unhinged ️
