โ€“ 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

โ€“ 1 onion, sliced

โ€“ 3 cloves of garlic, minced

โ€“ 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

โ€“ 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Steps

Follow these simple steps to prepare your crockpot pepper steak:

1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Transfer the beef to your crockpot.

2. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Transfer the vegetables to the crockpot.
