2 English muffins (split in half)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon (crumbled)
1/4 cup bell peppers (diced)
1/4 cup onion (diced)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano (optional)
Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing
Hot sauce (optional, for serving)

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
Prepare the English Muffins:

Place the split English muffins on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
Cook the Eggs:

In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until just set but still slightly runny, as they will continue cooking in the oven.
Assemble the Pizzas:

Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over each English muffin half. Top with cooked sausage or bacon, diced bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the English muffins are lightly toasted.
Serve:
