Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese

Spice up your lunch with this Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese! It’s creamy, cheesy, and has just the right kick! ️

Ingredients:

– 8 slices of bread

– 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

– 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced

– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place jalapeño slices on top of the cream cheese on four slices of bread.
  3. Mix together the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, then sprinkle evenly over the jalapeños.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
  5. Mix the garlic powder into the softened butter and spread it on the outside of each sandwich.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
