2 oz (60 g) breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 carrot, grated
1 green onion, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh dill, chopped

3.5 oz (100 g) sour cream
2.8 oz (80 g) mayonnaise
10.6 oz (300 g) mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
7 oz (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Paprika, for garnish

1: Prep the Meat Base
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with breadcrumbs, 1 egg, grated carrot, green onion, red onion, minced garlic, and chopped dill.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and dried garlic to taste.
Press this meat mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form an even layer.
: Add the Creamy Layer
In another bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Spread half of this mixture evenly over the meat layer.
3: Build the Layers
Add a layer of sliced mushrooms.
Follow with a layer of sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
Spread the remaining cream mixture over the cheese and dust with paprika.
4: Bake
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the dish rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
