Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon slices, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to fold over and seal.
Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and lemon juice.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and add lemon slices if desired.
Fold the foil over the salmon and seal to create a packet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh parsley and lemon slices.
