Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt as a substitute)
– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve the chicken warm.
