3 stick unsalted butter

3 tbsp Garlic minced

1/4 cup Onion finely diced

2 tbsp Old bay seasoning

1 tbsp lemon pepper

1 tbsp Oregano

1/2 tbsp Paprika

1/2 tbsp Chili powder

2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 chicken bouillon cube

1 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar

Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic, onion and cook 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

Add the old bay, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken bouillon and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Pour the sauce over your favorite seafood boil or serve it as a dipping sauce.❤️
