10 oz thinly sliced steak

8-10 shrimp, tail off deveined

2 tbsp veg oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

1/2 tsp ginger

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

1/2 onion, sliced

2 Bok choy leaves cut into 2 inch pieces

1/4 cup matchstick carrots

2 packs instant ramen, (seasoning packet discarded)

Make sauce with soy sauce, water, wine, gingers, garlic, sesame oil and cornstarch. Put aside.

Over medium high heat add vegetable oil, cook steak on each side until browned about 1 minute.

You may need to add a little more oil to pan and then add in veggies and cook a few minutes, add in shrimp and cook until they make a nice c shape, about 3 minutes and until vegetables are softened and slightly charred. Add sauce and steak to pan, allowing to thicken and then add in cooked ramen noodles and enjoy!❤️
