: 400 ml cream milk Alqueria 4 chicken breasts 125 g mushrooms 125 g bacon strips 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 large white onion 2 minced garlic 300 ml wine dry white Salt to taste Pepper to taste A bunch of fresh parsley
Instructions
: Prepare the Chicken: Spray the chicken breasts on both sides. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and butter. Add the chicken and fry, changing positions every time, until they are golden throughout their surface evenly. Prepare the Sauce: Thinly chop the onion and cut the bacon into strips. Remove the chicken from the pan and leave the oil and butter mixture. Add the onion and bacon to the skillet, cook over medium-strong heat stirring frequently until the onion is transparent. Add crushed garlic and cook for one more minute, preventing it from burning. Pour the white wine and let simmer until the liquid has almost evaporated. Add Mushrooms: Cut the mushrooms into quarters and add them to the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Finish the Sauce: Add the cream of Alqueria milk and return the chicken to the pan. Slow cook for about 10 minutes, until chicken is well cooked and sauce has thickened. Adjust and Serve: Drizzle to Taste.
