1 lb lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup chicken or seafood stock
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Step 1: Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes for fresh ravioli). Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes (be careful not to burn it).
